Best department stores to buy walking shoes?

Im starting walking to get back in shape and Im in the market for new walking shoes. I have very low arches, and Im dealing with knee pain from being over weight and from yrs of HS athletics and the flat foot problem. There unfortuantly no Lady Footlockers with in 50 miles of me and I refuse to order off line. What department stores carry the best possible line for what Im looking for. I should mention I cant wear womens shoes really as I also have wide feet and wear a 13 in womens and 10.5 in mens. What can I say I swim really really well..lol. Thnx for the help. Walmart shoes are not the greatest for sports specially good quality walking shoes. Ive done my research on that store so far and Im not impressed with the brands they have. Thnx for the suggestions so far though. Im checking Sears tommorrow or Monday
