i have a problem finding shoes?

I wear a size 16 wide in mens. I have practially no arch so running shoes dont really work to well, and i hate it when the basketball shoes have that part that covers your ankle and rub up agaisnt it. I have a really hard time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable, can someone please help me?
FYI- I am a guy so no womens shoes please

Okay, I am a women, BUT, I wear a 12 in women shoes AND have a high instep and high arch, so I, too, have trouble finding shoes. I have found that Nordstroms has a good selection of odd sizing shoes (in men’s shoes they go up to a size 20 and 5E width). So try shop.nordstrom.com.
There is an on line shoe store called Peltz. They carry a large supply of all types of shoes. They do have store fronts in FL in the Tampa area.
