i need new basketball shoes but womens shoes are always so boring and there isn’t a lot to choose from. i know mens shoes are wider though..but would it matter?

it depends on what do you are planing to do. if ur planing to play ball then any shoes are good for u. make sure they are high so u don’t hurt ur ankle.
mens are better they make you feel like you have smaller feet too bc their shoes sizes are like a size 8 in mens is like a 10 in womens i think. lol but yeah umm dont be shy shit wear em! guys an girls things these days are so unisex it doesnt matter.

yeah it matters. basketball shoes are for 3 things Mostly
1.Refreshion
2.Relaxation
3.Protection
Its more relaxing and refreshing than normal shoes. but the width is their from in case you fall you won’t break your ankle. it needs to be a perfect fit. so when you fall the shoes protects you and you will 80% less likely twist your ankle. but you wont break it. its hard to explain from typing, this would be 100x times easier if i had you next to me. then i could show a demonstration and it would be 5x faster to explain Lol.
