My feet measure about 9 inches long, 3 inches wide. Will I fit a size 5 in womens?

Yes, I have small feet. Normally, I wear a size 3 or 4. It depends on the shoe brand. But I don’t know about Converse’ shoe sizes. 9 inches long, 3 inches wide. Will I fit a size 5? Or is 5.5 better?
