The best thing to do would be to try it on. I believe the sizes are in Men's. The difference between men's and women's shoes has to do with the width. A regular men's size is equal in width to a wide woman's. In most cases, I would say a size 6 or 7 in men's. But, you'll have to try it on first. Different brands fit different, just like with clothing. If you're going to order them off the site, try finding a shoe store near you to try them on first, so you know what size/style to order.
